An ancient story tells the tale of the moon and her unrequited love for the sun. The moon was forever chasing the sun through the heavens and playing a lover's game of hide and seek with him. Yet, it seemed that after the summer solstice, he began to distance himself from her. The moon was heartbroken, but resigned herself that he was leaving her for good.
