Re-Vitalize!

The major concern in the post-modern world is energy. Certain authorities say that the world's oil reserves will be exhausted by 2050. All I know is that there are a lot of women out there who are exhausted right now . They are short on energy, time and the resources to refuel themselves. We live in a demanding world during the some of the most stressful times in human history. What can we do?

For me, it's a two-fold approach. First, I take 5 minutes to do some very effective energy movement exercises (check out Energy For Life by Colleen Deatsman). Then I dig out my Carnelian necklace. Carnelian virtually crackles with energy and helps the wearer to dispel apathy and physical doldrums and power up!
