New Beginnings

I used to be plagued by self-doubt. It was almost as if I was constantly on trial. Every act was examined, cross-examined, and evaluated until the merciless judge inside my head would pronounce me to be unworthy, foolish, or embarrassing. It was an unbearable pattern of self-loathing torture that I knew needed to change.

To aid me in making the shift, I designed a necklace that helped me embrace a new beginning, a new pattern in which I would trust myself and nurture my self-esteem. Over time, I changed this behavior. My internal judge and jury have been dismissed and replaced with the realization that my past is not an indictment, it is what built me. It all unfolded in just that way so that I could be the person I have become. I now realize that the things I say and do are an expression of who I am and what I believe. I am unique and beautiful in my own way and I trust in that.

And the necklace? Well, here it is. I offer you a design similar to my own, yet original for the person who wishes to embrace a new beginning and who wants to enjoy healthy self-love and trust. It worked for me.
