Direct Knowing One of the things young shamans are taught the world over is how to enhance their intuition and sharpen their instincts. They generally do this by honing a quality that can be described as "direct knowing". Direct knowing is very much like a sixth sense. It is the reception of information from other than the usual five senses. East Indian shamans train their charges by seating them under a tree in the jungle and telling them not to come back or move from under the tree until the next day. Native American shamans of the Southwest did the same thing using caves. The shaman-to-be had to stay in the dark cave until retrieved by his master. Modern shamanic teachers have employed similar techniques. Any and all of these work to enhance direct knowing. Because I feel this is a handy trait to have, I decided to design a piece that would accomplish this same end. This necklace and associated bracelet are made to sharpen and develop this sixth sense of direct knowing. As this ability grows in you, you will find your instincts and actionable intuition getting better and more accurate. This piece will give you the edge you need. |
