Guarantee

• Every one of our pieces is skillfully crafted and inspected for defects.
• However, in the unlikely event of damage resulting from a manufacturing defect we will be glad to repair or replace
  your piece free of charge up to 90 days from date of delivery.
• We reserve the right to examine the piece to determine the cause of damage.
• We regret that we cannot take responsibility for damage due to abuse or to normal wear and tear.
• After 90 days there will be a small fee charged based on the complexity of the repair.

Privacy Policy

• We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.
• We will use your email address only when we are confirming your order, or notifying you of special sales.
• When you purchase from us; we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information.
• You provide this information only so we can process and ship your order.
• We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.

Return Policy

• My ultimate goal is customer satisfaction.
• The return policy allows you 7 days to review your purchase.
• If you are dissatisfied for any reason, I will refund your purchase price (less shipping).
• To receive a refund, return the piece unworn, in its original gift box, with tags attached (prepaid insured mail) and include your original receipt.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping.
• Please send me an e-mail to let me know that you are returning an item.
• After 7 days from receipt of purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. All sales are final on custom orders.
